I've wasted two and a half years of my life loving a man who cant love me back , he has a girlfriend but i didnt know it when we met. He has strong feelings for me ( no he has not cheated his gf with me ) i must forget him but i dont know how. I want to be in love again , to have butterflies in my stomach , to wake up knowing that there's someone who's only presence can shake my whole world , i want to feel the electricity running through my body and the heart stopping moments when our eyes meet. I cant feel this for another person but him and i desperatly want to i have to.

you have to make friends first with people and when you meet the right person, you will feel those things. Think of that type of love as the best car in the world You don't just drop in and buy it but you save your money - your feelings - and when the day arrives that you do have it, it will be that more special and precious to you. It is hard to forget someone when they are always in the back of your mind, so make an effort to consciously think of that situation, tell yourself the reasons it will not work and then release the memory and go out with some friends to have fun and possibly meet the right guy who is waiting for you

Oh hunny, I feel your pain. I really do. I'm actually in the same situation and trying to figure out how to let him go. But don't ever call love a waste. You will always hold onto that tiny little part of you that loves him, cherish it. I don't mean to sound corny but anyone you ever love is not a waste of time. Even if it is small and fleeting, even if it is not returned, love is never a waste of time.
The man I love is going to be walking down the isle with someone else. I should have nothing, I should be a sniveling, crying, pathetic lump on the floor...but I have hope. I know that if he is the one meant for me then someday, maybe not today or tomorrow, but someday I will be with him. If it's not meant to be, then I know the one I am meant to be with is coming. Everything will be ok, there is always hope.

Well, you see what you get for putting all of your eggs in one basket? Now they're all scrambled! You have to go and buy some new eggs at the love store, but this time make sure they're fresh.... I'll cut the euphamisms. Get over it and move on. Only you can do this not anybody else. Sometimes it helps if you imagine him being ugly. It's a lot easier to fall out of love with an ugly person. It's the truth.

Instead of jumping from one relationship to another in your search for love, why not take the time to love yourself. The world doesn't revolve around being with a man. You make it sound like your life isn't complete without one. Yes being with someone feels great but for you to jump from one relationship unto another is only going to be a rebound relationship. You need to take time to get over the first before seeking another.

then whats stopping you ? never say never.you''ll be surprised how another guy can love you better and commit to you. just go for loving some one,like you've never bin hurt.!! the rush,the gush, all will be there. but but you gotta close this door with this guy in order for new doors to open -okie-so say bye to him without thinking twice,because you deserve some one who will love you as well as be devoted to you.coz when the butterflies will die ,what will you do with this guy who cant even commit to you and already has a gf. ouch. girlfriend you deserve better !!

It tooks me 7 years to finally forgive myself and i want to be in love again like you. If he cant love you dont love him back. coz end of the day we are the one who are going to cry and regret. Maybe he's not the one. trust me. Stay away from him. You will meet the right person

listen to me, you didnt waste your time. you never have wasted your time if your in love, you cant waste love. yes, you need to get over him, and im sorry that he doesnt love you, but it was'nt a waste. try meeting new people, i know what im talking about, i just got out of a relationship that i was in for 3 years and 3 month's, and i dont regret a second of it.

Chasing feelings like that will get you in trouble. That stuff wears off fast. Then you will find another guy and repeat.
But just get another date, with anybody first. Then you will find somebody.
