3 a.m is known as what to Catholics, it stated it in this movie too. It had something to do with deamons, but I can't remember exactly was it was called.

Weird question I know...

I was raised catholic, but this was the first I've heard of anything about 3 am being a time of bewitching, because clearly they're not going to talk about this stuff in church, so please no answers about catholicism that have nothing to do with this question, I am a catholic.

3am is supposed to be 'the devil's hour', in this movie. It is the opposite of the when Jesus is said to have died, 3pm. This is supposed to be when daemons cause the most trouble.

I think this is based on the '13th hour' or 1am, which is the 'witching hour', when witches came to celebrate and worship under the moon, while their persecutors slept.

This movie is the first I've EVER heard of 3am being bad or unlucky. Just think, there were daemon's before there was Jesus.

Have you ever noticed that every time there is a horror movie or anything about demons and a religion is involved, it is always the catholic religion. You never see the Baptists or any of those religions involved. This could be the reason when I was a child I was always felt scared in a catholic church. It always had a cold, quiet eery kind of a feeling. I was raised catholic. I rebuked that religion and became a born again Christian. Here is a website that tells in detail about the catholic religion. Also, demons are fallen angels. This will tell you about them too.

3am bewitching is a form of satanism!

3 pm is a significant time in history, as it was the time of cruxifiion of Lord Jesus Christ for the sins of the world. The only prophet who claimed to be God, and who is truly the living God. You can have research on prophets of the old and now and you will come across that no other prophets dare claimed to be God apart from Christ Jesus. In Christianity we called it trinity, that is God father Jehovah, God Jesus Christ, and God Holy Spirit, all are one. pls search the website: www.Anointed-One.com

The 3 am in Emily Rose is nothing significant. Emily Rose was a catholic and it happened she was possessed at 3 am, which i believe had to with her bringing up. God did tell not us to get possessed and suffer, demons or Satan cannot possess us but can control us if we allow ourselves to be involved in the occult world, or do not have proper spiritual guidance. Eventually the control of demons in people's lives will lead to sudden death or mysterious death. That's what happened in Emily's case, but hope her soul is in heaven, as she was trying her best by God's grace to pray to Lord Jesus Christ for forgiveness of sin, as no man in this world is without sin. Hope you have got some insight of the story.

They didn't do the Exorcism right. Done correctly, the demon is to be cast out and the house is to be blessed. They overworked her physical body, should've restrained her.
