how much does it cost for a first time offense of a car seat violation ?

I have no idea..but I am glad to hear they are starting to get tough with this law..
I don't care what harm an adult causes themselves, but when it comes to the safety of children and other people..I do care a lot...
I would hope it costs more than an adult seat belt violation...
I apologize if anyone is offended by my statement, but I'm just speaking my honest feelings...

Why oh why are you asking this? Please tell me you did not have your child in the car without a car seat. I'm not sure the fee, but they should put the violater in jail....

not sure, never had a ticket. my kids are always buckled in right. one simple thing can save you a lot more than money. ie. your or your child's life. sorry, but it's true!!!
