This reminds me of that scene in Jaws when all the guys are sitting around the table showing off their scars. I think guys like to compare injuries of other guys because its a macho thing to show how much pain they have endured. I guess it depends on what the injuries are, if you are showing off your scar from when the bone popped out of your arm after riding a bull and you had to get a steel plate to put it back in, thats a pretty damn cool scar. If your showing him your hangnail, he's not going to give a crap.

I think the operative words are "...talk about all the time." That would be a turn off to anyone. Sharing ups & downs is okay, if mutual. As for caring, depends on the depth of your relationship, but still--all the time? Nope.

no can't stand it. i do find it interesting though that some women just love to go on and on about some stupid injury...like no one else has ever been there and that they are special in some way due to this injury. keep the discussion on this topic to a minimum...it makes you sound self centered.

Ummm. Depends on the guy. It could seem to them like you're trying to compete with them about injuries. Guys don't like competition.

Whaaaa ? That's a humorous thought . If a guy likes your injuries he might just be on the sadistic side .

Talk about all the time? Definitely no. Because what bothers the girl, doesn't bother the guy hence it is just so boring to the guy and maybe irritating. I mean, why should he care? Even if that's the girlfriend, guys like cheerful partner. They care when they want you to know they do, not when you need it.

Depends on the delivery. A good presenter can make cooking liver pretty interesting.

I believe you are just trying to sugar up the question of "Do guys like it when girls whine?" of which the answer is "NO!"
