When I go to get my hair cut the girl that washes my hair starts massaging my back in a way that I feel that a happy ending would be the next logical step. However, this is in a public place and she's not chinese, she's hispanic. So what exactly is the proper etiquette in this situation?

You need to be in the right place. A hair salon is not the place you need to be to get a happy ending. Go to the massage parlor. Then you wont have to ask them, they will ask you. Or just whip it out and ask "hey can you top me off?"

You are way out of line. A happy ending is too much to ask for. Many salons include head and neck massages as part of the wash and cut now. Even for women. It is standard in Aveda salons. Get real. The shampoo girl is just doing her job.

keep it in your pants. Asian and Latina women will cut your balls off, they don't play. personally, i would use that fresh haircut and some new gear to talk to some girls, that way you WON'T HAVE to pay for sex. doesn't that make sense?
