I dont think you should worry to much about what it really means. What do you want from this? Approve your choices by matching them with your own needs/desires. If you are not sure of that, then why not just wing it? If you regret what you do, at least you'll learn from it :]

i say do it. spend the night, and convince her why you should be more than friends. she doesn't know what she wants from you, so you have to persuade her. just be physical in a flirty way, touch her arm, her hand, look into her eyes, all that stuff.
cuddle, get close to each other, than you're in. it's not fair to you that she's playin silly games like that. if you want her, go after her!!

I think she doesn't know what she wants. I don't know what I want. I just wanna be friends with my ex boyfriend but I still invited him over to watch a whole season of smallville. She is probably confused too! I suggest you hang with her but don't sleep over. You may end up with regrets.
