He does not keep people out of the book of life.. It is simple, He told us through the word that we have to chose to trust in Him to put our names there... Would you like to be a robot that was forced to do everything... He gives every one the option.. The question is why do people choose to not have there names put in the book of life... Probably because they do not believe the bible...
