Where can i get a small wedding cake to take to a restaraunt or even have delivered for dinner?

if you are staying at one of the casino\hotels they usually have top of the line pastry chefs, perhaps you could order one from there.

You probably need to check with your restaurant whether or not they will allow you to bring in a cake from outside - a lot of them have ties with bakeries and will expect you to book it through them. If it's ok, try Freeds.
