Maybe what ever you told him shook his nerves, or made him feel uncomfortable around you. I wouldn't chase him down, it will only make you look desperate. Keep your chin up and if he is a real man he will call you and explain hie behavior.

maybe you scared him off. just ask him if you should try to contact him later or leave him alone. and next time you talk to a guy don`t say anything to personal.
