It is normal for the intercranial pressure to increase when your head is down. If however you are noticing extreme pressure you should probably see your physician as it could be that the pressure is getting too high and you may be at a high risk for a stroke and you doctor could help you in some preventative measures to avoid it.

could be a bit of high blood pressure.....if you consume a lot of salt in foods or shake it on....soda has a lot of salt in it as well....but I am not a doctor, so the best thing you could do is just go to the clinic in your town and at least get that checked, then the doctor may want to do some blood work to check for diabetes, which there are several types, so don't put it off to see if you get answers from non doctors here, go see a doc...

Have you been feeling congested or getting any pain when you press on your cheeks or glabella (isn't that a great word? it means between your eyebrows)? If so, I'd say it's a sinus infection, I always feel like you do when i have a sinus infection. you can also see the fluid in your sinuses if you stand in front of a mirror and open your mouth and shine a penlight inside. cool, huh?

it sounds like a lot of things. You could have fluid in your sinuses and it is causing pressure when you bend down. It also may be a sign of high blood pressure. You should see a doctor.
