What kind of exercises can i do and what can i use to build muscle(not the bulging type,im trying to tone up)??I dont really have time to go to a gym , i dont own any gym equipment and cant afford any.....any suggestions??

you can do lots of exercises with weights you have sitting around at home like rocks, cans, etc. then you can use your body weight like pushups, pullups, crunches, etc.

push ups, chin ups, and crunches are pretty much your only options
