I have a very muscular body, but I want to reshape my body to catch that long and lean look. I am 5"11 165lbs with a bmi of 19. I need to reshape not lose weight. Any ideas?????

not sure what you mean. you can either gain or lose body fat. or you can cause your muscles to hypertrophy or atrophy.

if you are talking about reducing muscle mass there is no healthy way to do that. you basically have to keep your body in a catabolic state for an extended period of time to do that to cause muscle wasting. nothing wrong with 5'11 and 165 lbs. I know girls that are 5'2 and weigh that much in the off season (bodybuilders).

There is nothing that you can do. Our genetics shapes the way our muscle looks. This is why some people have really nice abs and others have really uneven abs.
