I'm making it for my boyfriend, they don't have it where he is and his nationality is different so no one can make it for him =p Everytime I eat it, he gets so sad Xp I promised him I'll learn to make it and cook it for him everyday hehe =D::

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 cups chopped cabbage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups biscuit/baking mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs

In skillet, brown meat; drain. Add cabbage, onion, salt and pepper; cook over med. heat until the cabbage and onions are tender. Stir in cheese. Spoon into greased 13x9x2" baking dish. In a bowl, blend biscuit mix, eggs and milk. Pour over beef mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 400°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. 6 servings
