NO! Don't do it anymore, that is why your stomach is hurting. Use ground Flax flour, one tablespoon, in one 4ouz glass of natural cranberry juice, with 1/2 four ounce purified water and one tablespoon UDO's oil (look up Udo's in your google to get it online) and drink that twice a day and you will lose weight.
It will not harm your baby, but enrich your breast milk if you are breast feeding. Saw your picture.

If you have a wheat allergy you should not take any more of these shakes. You need to read every label of everything you purchase including medications as wheat can be in lots of things. Get yourself in the habit of reading every single label from here on in.

This allergy is growing crazy here. Do not have any wheat if that is an allergy. I myself am allergic to gluten (wheat, oats, rye, barley,...). When you put foods that you are allergic to in your body, it will not absorb the nutrients needed and can sometimes make your body attack itself in a way. It needs nutrients and will eat away at itself to get the nutrients (in small amounts). This will bring on many other problems.

If you are allergic to wheat, dont use the shake! Also, be aware that all commercial meats and poultry are injected with wheat and soy ingredients that are not required to be listed on the labels. Most chicken says "enhanced with solution" and that solution contains wheat and soy. If you must eat meat, buy organic unprocessed only.

You can tell it's not helping you. There is something called a Rotation diet, where they say you can eat the thing you're allergic to at one meal every five days, but no more; otherwise your body releases more chemicals to fight the allergy, and those chemicals cause your symptoms. It'll get worse if you use it often.

if you have been taking it with no problems, maybe you have outgrown your allergy.
