I have stained teeth! Is there a dental solution to whiten them permanently to be sparkling white?

CONSIDER GOING TO YOUR DENTIST FOR A "POWER BLEACH". Bleaching is the most effective way to whiten your teeth. Once done, you will probably not need to get a touch-up for a few years. The cost, quality, and safety of various bleaching techniques vary widely. some dental clinic offers teeth whitening. it will bleach your teeth but i think you have to do it once or twice a month...
you can also use whitening toothpaste like colgate

the crest strips are pretty awesome...worked on me really well. my teeth were already white but when i used them it made them more smooth looking

one of my friends used them too it worked well...just dont forget to use them everyday
