Below 18.5 Underweight

Between 25 - 29.9 Overweight
Over 30 Obese

Your BMI is 23.0 That's PERFECT!!!! You are NOT overweight! Normal weight range is between 18.5- 24.9, so keep up the good work. Also, BMI is not the best determinant of health...it doesn't take into account bone mass or extra muscle mass. So even if a person's BMI says they're overweight, it isn't necessarily true.

A lot of the girls I know who are 5'5" weigh about 110 pounds. It is really hard to tell without a photo, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to lose some weight.

Are you proportioned? There's nothing wrong with being thick by any means...honestly Paris Hilton thin is a turn off, women should have curves its seductive...just stay fit and you'll have no complaints believe that.
