We did have another person move in with his two brother dogs....and one is bossy to him! They don't fight....but Cohiba(the vomiting dog) isn't as dominate as the older brother of his, and we never had this problem before! Same food, I always wash the bowls, no trash(locked away), it's winter and i always find him sleeping in the cold garage~so he's not hot! We fasted him for 24 hours and then started slowly giving him ID canned food(vet food) and now I gradually feed him by hand a few kibbles at a time....so he's not eating to fast! It's always with in an hour of eating!

Vomiting is not a reaction that should happen after every meal. Every once in awhile, its fine.. but after every meal? Something is wrong. Is the dog loosing weight? Is there any blood in the vomit?
I have a dog that started vomiting even after recieving a few treats and vomited every single meal for a couple days. We tried everything. We tried giving him wet food and dry food, restraining his exersise for a day, offering him plenty of water, keeping his body temperature at a cooler level ect. ect. We would have taken him into the vet instantly, but it was over memorial day weekend and no vet was open! Long story short, we found out the reason was because of stress. We had recently introduced a very large Bernese Mountain Dog female as a temproary foster dog, and she was extremely dominate. As soon as we sent her to a new home, his vomiting ceased and he was fine.
A couple things you should check for -
#1 - Is the dog being over exersised after each meal?
#2 - Is he too hot?
#3- Is there something that can be stressing him out? aka - another dog being over dominate, new owner, new home ect.
If none of the above, he needs to be taken to the vet! Another idea is that he might be allergic to something in his food! Food allergies arise in many different ways!

does the dog eat fast? try slowing the dog down by offering several smaller meals throughout the day. but no this is not normal. your roomie should contact the vet to make sure there isn't a medical problem causing this.
i would call your vet back and let them know the problem is continuing. also the stress of the other dog might be the problem. if the other dog is around about an hour afterwards. try taking him out on walks after eating to help move the food through his system. walking helps to get the bowels moving.

Try a different dog food maybe the kind you're using doesn't agree with him. Call a vet or ask in a pet store if they have any dog food for dogs with sensitive stomachs. Also keep the bowls clean. So many people just keep filling their dogs and cats bowls and think they never have to be washed and they get sick. Fresh water everyday is a must too. I hope this advice helps.

He needs a check up to make sure theres nothing physically wrong with him first; if he's ok then it could be stress, with the two new dogs moving in and changing the pack structure. If his food hasn't changed and he has no other symptoms like a temperature then that sounds likely.
He shouldn't be shoved out to the garage either; he should have his own bed, it sounds like he's distressed. The pack order probably isn't established. Once they've sorted out where they all fit in to the pecking order the bullying should stop.
The owners need to sort out the pecking order and enforce it.
For now, it would be best if he were fed seperately and then perhaps taken for a walk to give him a chance to keep his food down.

the dog food may not agree with its system or the dog eats too fast and in that case try putting smaller amounts of food out at different intervals during the day and see if the problem stops.

1st step is to worm you dog for roundworm and tapeworm. This is a common symptom of worms, there are other symptoms but I wont run through them as some dogs only display the one symptom.
If you have tried a veterinary diet it is unlikely to be a diet related problem.
Worst case scenario is he has developed a tumour in his throat, stomach or intestine-but dont worry as it is FAR more likely to be just worms.
Even if he was recently wormed you must re-worm.
GOOD LUCK.

I don't want to worry you but it's possible the dog is sick. If your dog has hot spots or something it might pass but... well, either it'll pass or not. I think someting might be wrong. But I don't want to worry you too bad with stories of my friend's dog who had that symptom.
