Other, I can count calories, exercise, but an exmarine female has a very difficult time lossing body mass that is ultimatley muscle. I hate what the service did to my body. I look like flippen GI Joe's sister. I want that lean long look.

the random cravings i get for different foods. its definitely not as severe as a total lack of willpower (that would be quite sad indeed, if one was unable to refuse themselves a sweet) but there are some times when i just have a huge craving for Cadbury's chocolate or Skittles, and i have to remind myself that id be much more satisfied with a 6-pound weight loss than i would with that candy.

For me it was Laziness. So i just adjusted my diet and bam! the weight was and is still falling off!

lack of time we live very busy and it is hard to follow a diet that doesn't need special ingredients or special drinks or calories to be count.
