about of my eyes r black. what can i do to remove that?

plz help me. about of my eyes r black and i don't know what can i do . is it depend on my liver or i am anemic?

it could be an internal problem or can also be heredity, if so, such as a skin condition try to go to a dermatologist. If it is internal get blood test to see if you are lacking any vitamins , etc.

If it's Under the eyes, part of it even looks blue-black, it's called an "allergic shiner". If you find out what you're allergic to it can go away. But find a doctor who knows about food and chemical allergies.
