my husband wont my give me money to support my child and the only way he will give me money is if he never has to see his son.

then take the money and use it to support your son so he will have a good future.......you cannot force him to see his son and it is better not to have him near your son if he is so negative about it. eventually your son will see through it and will only feel rejected by his father.
go on with your life ..... forget about him (but not his money..lol) also one day you may meet a good man who will be a good stepfather to your son.

Get a lawyer .. quick like. I have been there and it isn't pretty. Your child is the number one concern in this case, some lawyers will take the case for free if a child is in danger or at risk of starvation. I don't know the whole situation.. But from my experience.. It is better to get out why you can..IE: divorce his butt. It might be scary to be a single mom at first.. But there are programs out there that WILL help you for food, housing, and even money if it comes down to that. Trust me. But you nor that child deserves to be mistreated. Especially in a marriage.

If he doesn't want to see his son, don't force him to. You and your child are better off. Take the support and forget about seeing him.

How sad. Take his offer. Your son does not need to see someone who feels this way about him. You can love him enough. Good luck, your husband is a jerk and you are both better off without him.

It called Child support talk to the government office in your county they will point you in the right direction and if he doesn't want to see the child consider it his loss not your childs

then take him to court for the money and move on with your life. if thats the kind of ultimatum he's giving you, then he doesnt deserve to see his son.
