first of all Satan was an angel of light, then he grew proud, thought he could be like God and went astray. He was the first created that commited sin. Thats why he is the father of sin or the prince of darkness. God is not to be blamed for any evil. So satan was cast out of heaven along with the other angels that he deceived.

So the devil is the one that makes you suffer. Read the book of Job- in the Holy Bible. People suffer to become stronger, through suffering you get disciplined and your faith grows stronger and you grow closer to God.

Keep the faith and dont worry God will love you no matter how much you suffer or have suffered. And if you are suffering ask God the grace to overcome your hardship, he will never forsake you. God is love, not evil!!!

God did not necessarily make Satan. He made Lucifer, however, after trying to be greater than God, God more or less threw him out of Heaven. God does not want any of us to suffer. We suffer in this world because Satan does exist, however, that is the reason God sent His Son to die for us. To give us a way out if you will. God will richly reward those on earth who believe in Him, even with Satans temptations and what he puts us through. Just remember..God is always with you and He will never leave you, nor forsake you. When you are suffering, trust in the Lord and you shall be set free.

God created all of us. But what we choose to do with our life is our choice. Just as it was Satan choice to cross God. Now he is paying for his choice.
We suffer because we live in a world of sin. When Jesus came to earth he suffer for our sins. Are we greater than him that we do not have to suffer. Even the man/woman that seems to have everything suffer from something.

No God do not want us to suffer, but a lot of it we bring on our self and some is just trial and tribulation. Most of the time when we suffer we learn form it, So I guess you can say it make us stronger if we ever look at that we made it through the suffering.

God did not make Satan, He created Lucifer, but he rebelled against God and acquired the name of Satan(deceiver,Liar). God created the world good, ( no suffering, no death, no separation from God) But Adam and Eve rebelled and Sinned against God. They broke the world. And now the bad that God warned them about occurs regularly. We suffer because of their our sins (wrong doings). God doesn't exactly want us to suffer, he provided commandments to live by to keep us from a lot of suffering but he doesn't say there will not be any suffering even if we obey him now. Those who suffer and yet believe in him and accept his forgiveness will be able to enter heaven and suffer no more. Unbelievers will be cast into along with Satan to suffer eternal torment. Not that God torments them or sent them. People make the choice to go to Hell and will suffer because the will know the horrible thing they have done.

The Bible explains that God Created many, many spirit persons similar to himself. In the Bible, these spirits are called angels . Also they are called 'sons of God'(Job38:7 ; Psalm104:4)God createed them all perfect. Not one of them was a devil, or a satan. The word 'devil' means slanderer and the word'satan means opposer.
The time came, however, when one of these spirit sons of God made himself the Devil, That is, a hateful liar who speaks bad things about another. He also made himself Satan, that is, an opposer of God. He was not created that way but later became that kind of person. To illustrate: A thief is not born a thief. He may have come from a good family, having honest parents and law abiding brothers and sisters. But his own desire for what money can buy is what may have caused him to become a thief. How, then, did one of God's spirit sons make himself Satan the Devil?
The4 angel that became the Devil, was present when God created the earth and later when the first the first human couple, Adam and Eve(Job38:4,7,)So he would have heard God tell them to have children.(Gnesis1:27,28) He knew that after a while the whole earth would be filled with righteous people worshiping God. That was God's purpose. However, this angel thought a great deal of his own beauty and intelligence and wanted to receive for himself the worship that would be given to God.(Ezekiel28:13-15; Matthew4:10) Instead of putting this wrong desire out of his mind, he kept thinking about it. This led to his taking action to obtain the honor and importance he desired.
The lie the Devil told Eve worked just as he planed. She believed it and so disobeyed God. And she was able to get her husband to break God's law also.(Genesis3:6) The Devils claim was that humans can get along without God. He argued that people can rule themselves successfully, without God's help. The Devil also claimed that he could turn away from God all those who would be offspring of Adam and Eve.
The passage of time has proved that humans cannot rule themselves successfuly without God's help. Their attempts have failed completely. The people have suffered terribly under the governments of men, which, as the Scriptures show, have been controlled from behind the scenes by the Devil. Also, God's allowing time has clearly shown that Satan has not been able to turn all persons away from worshiping God. There have always been some who remained faithful to God's rulership.

I hate questions like this. I want to just say read the bible not just what they tell you to read. I will ask you who is Satan? Is he the prosecutor for God? Is he the one who made the Earth? Is he the twin of Jesus? Is he the most loved that talked back to God? Is he all the above? Why would he want you to suffer? Is suffering a path to learning? If you never suffered would you know love?

when God first created satan, his name was Lucifer.he had a specific job to do and that was to watch over all the things over the earth. Lucifer began to feel jealous of God's sovereignity and proclaimed himself as God's superior. He wanted God's throne ,But when war broke out in Heaven(revelation 13), St. Michael ,the Archangel routed the rebel angels out of heaven and they were cast down to the earth. After that Lucifer became imperfect, before that he was God's most glorious and splenderous angel God ever created. But once Lucifer became imperfect he changed into satan.Satan has the power to temp humanity into sin. He feeds off of people's selfish desires.God is not to blame for all the suffering going on in this world it's always the descisions of human beings that make other people suffer along with themselves. Good enough?

From my little understanding of the Bible, Satan was the most beautiful angel in heaven, but he became jealous or envious of God and because of greed he fell from Grace....God banished him from heaven, and chained him for a period of 2000 years and his reign would be the earth, once he finished doing his time, therefore the theory that the world would end in the year 2000.
We suffer here if we choose to, because God has always given us what we need to be happy, our free will may change the way we live, for God does not want his children to suffer....

According to the King James version of the Good Book, Satan was not created, he rebelled against God and was cast down to earth. We suffer (according to Biblical teachings) because of the early choice of Adam and Eve to "Know both Good and Evil." The ate of the Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden and God cursed the people. According to several ministers that I know, God wants us to return to "The Light" and find forgiveness. The Bible I refer to also says that "We are born into sin". Christ supposedly felt deep sorrow over Human's condition on this world.

According to some Hindus and Buddhists "All life is suffering" and escaping the cycle is a matter of orienting ones self through denial and by trying to find the true path to enlightenment from the slavery of materialism. Hmm, the major religions seem to agree on the fact that suffering is the nature of Life on this world.

Satan is a fallen angel and that was his choice not God. We do suffer in this world and I am not sure I can give a simple answer to that. God does know what He wants to do and He knows how to get it done. God doesn't want His children to suffer just as your parents did not want to spank you when you were bad but usually you deserved it and more....but most bad things are not Gods intentions but if you read the book of Job you will see God is with you in the storms of life.
