HERE GOES... Let's paint a picture: A hypochondriac assumes all illnesses (seeking attention). They will wake up each day with negative energy flowing and wait for something to go wrong. They at times, will get angry because the obvious didn't go as planned and will throw a tantrum or even panic over the smallest situation. "...Misery loves company." Now, that the negative energy is building like a snowball, "fear" will usher itself into the picture, thus convincing oneself that it is normal to have anxiety attacks on a daily basis. This is just an excuse to run away from the root of the problem. Such individual will plan their day on the wrong foot. Like an accident waiting to happen. PICTURE #2: On the other hand, there are individuals who are truly suffering from Anxiety disorders, and who are afraid to move because they truly believe the next step will end their life, or they might hurt someone. In fact, they can become a danger to others or even themselves. Their existence is plagued with a high level of anxiety. Most of these individuals are cared for in a specialized setting and/or home. They are prescribed medicine to stabilized their mood-swings; they are monitored daily; and not allowed to drive a car or even walk alone. My dear girl, You are not one of these people, as evidenced by your question. In any event, should you have a suspicion, let me suggest that you seek medical attention immediately and if after the diagnoses is made stating that you truly fit within that definition of having anxiety disorders, if needed, you will be placed under observation; Then, you can start your tomorrows in a positive manner under medical care. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Don't forget to seek medical attention if you are still thinking in the negative. GET YOUR FAITH BACK!

No, it's not normal but you know that already. How long has this been going on? Did something traumatic trigger the symptoms? Is it years that you have been this way? You need to ask these questions and answer them to yourself and if some event triggered them and it has been going on for over 2 months, you need to see your doctor-- there are medications that will help you deal with the panic attacks and then you will need to see a therapist to help you get over the anxiety and what is causing it.......I too suffer from it and things do get better with medication and therapy.............good luck to you.........

confident & No. My adventure is that in case you smoke constantly, the panic starts. in case you smoke a million-three times in line with 365 days you will no longer freak out. I even have observed in case you get those indications with pot (like I did), you're in all hazard already an annoying individual, and any sort of drug will at last worsen rigidity. yet another question is: why could you opt to proceed some thing whether this is not working for you? i'm beneficial you have heard approximately "chasing the dragon" drugs capture you by ability of being relaxing for awhile, after which you remember the relaxing you "used" to have and grow to be prepared approximately reliving it. It on no account happens, purely undesirable stuff happens, and at last you have lots of issues, and are lots greater annoying, that the cycle keeps continuously. Do your self a choose and get a greater powerful purpose than smoking pot peacefully :)

I've been through the same thing...getting kinda panicky over nothing, random things like going to visit someone, going to work, etc etc.
I went to my doctor, and she sent me for a bunch of tests (to the cardiologist to make sure it wasn't my heart, for urine and blood tests to rule out thyroid, hormone imbalances).
I felt much better after all was cleared, and from there I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. I was put on meds, which helped a lot, but I didn't want to stay on them because I wanted to start a family.
Now, I find that exercising daily, and cutting out junk (nutrition is an important part of our overall well-being), plus reminding myself when my heart starts to race that it's temporary and I will be ok,
I can manage it on my own.
I would definitely see your doctor, because they can really help you.
Good luck.

I wouldn't call it "normal," however, it is quite common. You are having anxiety and panic, and should see a doctor. He or she can see if you need medication and/or therapy to work through this thing.
Feel better, and do get help fast.
