Lots and Lots of foods. Bread, Pasta, Rice, Cereals, Desserts, Milk, ice cream. Basically, anything that has sugar in it is a given. The only things that have very little to no carbs in is is sugar free Jello, most veggies, water, diet pop, most flavored waters, and things like that. Look at food lables and they can help you out a ton!
