can such food be produced with a water activity lower than 0.2?

i would appreciate it if anyone could share some examples of foods with water activity lower than 0.2.
most foods which i stumble upon usually have water activity starting from 0.2 and above. That is why i wonder whether there are such foods with aw less than 0.2. Thank you.

Water activity is an indicator for bacteria growth. This is a part of the QA process at food plants. If the samples don't pass, the batch doesn't make it out of the plant.
