What should I do and expect?

Don't worry. I've been with my boyfriend for almost a year and he'd call me all the time. But you have to realize that some days, he won't be able to call you. We all have our own lives, you know. Don't worry about it!!!! Compared to most people on Yahoo Answers, yours is the LEAST problematic. So be thankful.... it could be worse... Besides, It's only ONE DAY.
Personally, if I haven't heard from my boyfriend in 3 DAYS, THAT'S when I'll be pissed. lol.
Give him a break. Trust him.

If this goes on for more than three days and he hasn't talked to you at all in any way, then worry. Otherwise, give him a break. The cell might be dead or lost, or he's busy.

Maybe something came up and he hasn't been able to contact you. If you don't hear from him by tomorrow i would call his family just to make sure he is alright. Since you say its not like him i wouldn't worry about him messing around on you. Just keep trying to get ahold of him. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

I was with my ex husband last night and he left his cell phone,
so I took it and hide it and told him I didn't see it, maybe he lost
it some place else. It has been ringing all day maybe your one of his so called new girl friends. there are four different numbers
that keep showing up.
How long have you been with your boyfriend.

Maybe he's just having a bad day, or possibly something happened that has nothing to do with you.
Calm down. And if anything did happen, support him. Woman usually forget that us guys have emotions, too.

Well if he hans't called all day and he isn't answering his phone then expect him to be out with someone else.

well wait till tomorrow.. and ask ur friends n his friends if they gotten in touch wit him and if they havent then call his family?? or his house or go to his house..and see if he's ok. and if ppl have gotten in touch wit him then he's prolly ignorin u..did u guys get into an arguemnt??? maybe thats jus his way of not waantin 2 talk u. as ugly as da sounds but it could be true..jus figure it out 2morrow..or 2night.

OK, how many messages did you leave. A day is nothing to worry about, 2 days and you should start calling hospitals and next of kin

dude du cant be so clingy hes a dude he needs time to his self or he'll start to get really pissy or as i like to call it male pms lol
but its alright wen days like that happens just try to give him his space
