Got to >Programs"Accessories>Imaging...you can resize your pictures in there and you already have it on your computer. Reduce ithe pictures to 72 DPI (Dots per inch) that will usually put you at about 40 - 50 KB, and then even the dial up folks can download them easily..........

A really good Email size for photos is somewhere around the 35 to 125 kb neighborhood !! They load and unload rapidly and smoothly at that size AND can be handled by the reciepiant with no problems with good resolution !!
Go locate a program by AxiomX called Picsizer
it is a Free Program and can be found by entering the Program name in the "search box " at
http://www.download.com/

Now, go, resize, enjoy, and become a sizing expert !!!

You can try making the pictures smaller in your camera. Just go to settings and choose a smaller number of pixels for your picture. Alternatively, you may go to irfanview.com for a free software download of a tool that can help you re-size your pictures. The software is easy to use and very user-friendly. Good luck on those pictures!

There are a few ways:
One you can download a batch photo converter to convert all your pictures to a specific format and size
Two use photoshop and do it manually
Hope this helps
