Do you have pets or is there something in your house that you are allergic to. The pillow case or sheets you sleep on may have been washed in something that can cause an allergic reaction. Try Arm and Hammer detergent. Rugs can also cause allergies. Mold in the room can cause a problem Also ask your doctor if you have fluid retention or a food allergy. dont eat salt with dinner. Salt makes you swell at night. If it is to hot at night you are likley to swell as well. Try sleeping with a fan if this is the case. Was your face with clod water in the morning to help with the swelling

Do you wear contacts? My face swelled for a long time and it turned out I was allergic the saline solution.
