If you were female I would say that it was another problem. Cutting back on liquids a couple of hours before bedtime should help. Be sure you drink enough during the day. Some of us 'bloat' at night because lying down for several hours relieves the effect of gravity on our bodies and fluids move to the upper parts of our bodies during the night.
Astronauts have this problem during the entire time they are in orbit.

Faces swell at night when you are sleeping - this is normal unless the puffiness remains more than a half hour or so after getting out of bed. The puffiness forms because fluids in the facial tissues do not drain from your head as efficiently when you are lying down as they do when you are upright and active. You may be able to reduce the puffiness by taking a diuretic or going to bed dehydrated, but doing so would not be a very good idea, and reducing the puffiness doesn't make much sense since it clears up on its own.
