I'm just wondering if anyone has some easy boneless chicken breast recipes - nothing too complicated, just something that's easy, quick to just pop in the oven. Thanks.

easy recipe # 1) Coat breasts in warmed honey mustard (spreads easier), roll in crushed, seasoned (s+p) corn flakes, bake at 350 for 30 min or until juices run clear when cut in thickest part. YUM!

easy recipe # 2) Place breasts in baking pan sprinkle with garlic powder, drizzle with honey and splash with a little teriyaki or soy sauce. optional: sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until juices run clear when cut in thickest part. Baste 2 or 3 times while breasts are baking. YUM! YUM!

Get some minute rice, put it in the bottom of a baking pan. Cover the rice with a single layer of boneless chicken breast. put salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion salt on the chicken. mix a can of cream of chicken soup and a can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of milk together and put this over the chicken. bake until the chicken is cooked, adding water or milk until the rice is cooked. top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake until the cheese is golden brown.

Um, hello?? She asked for something quick she could "pop in the oven". This is super quick, REALLY easy and delicious. Serve with rice or stuffing (Stove Top). Don't tell anybody the ingredients until after they've tried it : ) .

Cranberry Chicken

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (1 ounce) packages dry onion soup mix
1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 cup French dressing

DIRECTIONS:

Place chicken breasts in a 13x9 greased casserole dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the soup mix, cranberry sauce, and dressing. Pour over the chicken breasts.
Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for 1 hour, or until done.

Cube it, mix with some diced onions, bacon and mushrooms and some cream of chicken soup mix in some water. Put it in the oven for an hour and a half or so. Just before serving stir in some cream. Yummy!

Sprinkle them with your favorite spices (I like Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and a little cumin), then bake on a broiler pan with rack (so the fat drains off) until nicely browned, turning once.

A tasty variation is to put mixed veggies (zucchini, mushrooms, potatoes, etc) in a casserole pan, sprinkle with the same seasoning, top with chicken breasts, and bake. Yum!

If you have a George Forman grill (perfect)! Just season with your favorite spices or get some spices for poultry. Grill it then slice it up and add to a fresh garden salad with Mandarin oranges. Also, great drizzled with fresh Italian dressing on a bed of pasta. happy eating!

I shake them in lipton onion soup powder, fast & tasty. I also use diced chicken breast in place of beef in all my pasta recipes.
