It's that way everywhere~ I have done some pretty illegal stuff and never once got caught; but let me go 1 mile over the speed limit and I'm gettin a ticket! So; don't think it's just you!

Do you really think that someone here has a valid answer to your ridiculous question? Keep doing illegal things, I'm sure that your luck will change eventually. And when you do get arrested, you'll be back asking a question like, "Why are all cops dirty?" Then you will whine about how they illegally searched your car, or stopped you without any cause. I really don't even know why I answered your question. I guess I think that people have common sense and might listen, even if it is just a little bit.
