resistance of bacteria to the antibiotic-the medicine no longer can fight off the infection
also, yeast infections can occur if you take large amounts of antibiotics

When I get a really bad infection no antibiotic will work - flesh eating bacteria & all that

The worldwide emergence of super-bugs, bacteria that are immune to all or almost all types of antibiotics.

You can become immune to them & it also causes yeast infections.
