Actually I do-- But there's much more to it. One animal eating another happens all the time and is very common in nature. But human beings are the only animals that realize exactly what is going on here. Likewise, I feel what is most important is not what you eat, but the quality of the animals life. I know it's a bit sappy, but I think of it this way: If an animal is going to sacrifice it's life to you, it's......human, to treat them well because of it. I do not eat veal for precisely this reason. When animals are butchered for Kosher food, the death must be quick and with a mimimum of the animals suffering. I think you have to respect that idea whether you are Jewish or not.
Another thing that bothers me when I eat meat is when a portion of meat is wasted-- Either from a restaurant patron not finishing their steak or someone just getting too big a portion and not taking it home in a "doggie bag". Since the animal did give it's life for you, I find it extremely callous by allowing that animals death to be wasted by not finishing your meal.

Nope. Our molars are grinding teeth, therefore we were created to be able to eat meat. If we were meant to eat just fruits and veggies there would be no reason for us to have molars, or canine teeth, only insicors.
Plus seeing as most of the vegiartians that I know have to take suppliments in order to get proper amounts of vitamins, minerals adn other stuff, and those of us who eat a well balanced and healthy diet that includes meats don't need to take all those suppliments. I see no reason to regret eating meat.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic. U WILL FEEL IT WORSE IF U SEE THE BUTCHER KILLING LIVE ANIMAL.

No i do not. issues were left like this. Being a non vegetarian would not recommend i do not love animals. notwithstanding that's merely the cycle of existence and our ancestors weren't chop up between veg and non veg eaters.
