It's true that a cold, wet nose can be a sign of good health in a dog, but it's not a completely reliable barometer. It is a good idea to keep your pup's nose in check. yeah courst all dogs must have wet noses so can breath but if youre dog has a running nose all the time no you should worrying about that cause if youre dog has running water coming out the nose will cause beingin sick needed to take to the vet for the check up . then cold nose i think you should keep youre dog warm with a blanket during the nights if the dog is shaking might cause feeling cold then . but you never wipes or dried youre dog nose if you do youre dog might have brealthy problem or cant brealth out air .

Usually yes, but it's not always a bad thing when you dog's nose is warm and dry.
I asked my vet the same thing, and she said that it's a myth.
