As long as they followed Jesus, it would be wonderful. ;)

Well I mean in actuality there's only one Supreme Being, but if all the deities were to work out a treaty, that would be pretty awesome. Now if only people knew about this most momentous of all meetings.
On a side note, it's interesting that you mentioned Murugan over another example of a Hindu god (Krishna, Shiva, something of the sort). Pretty cool, nonetheless.

I have asked that same question a few times. I agree with you that those “spiritually significant persons” were all males, none of them are God in the flesh. Jesus is God in the flesh. (Philippians 2:7) Those “persons” were just mere mortals, and now subject to The Immortal (Jesus Christ). 2000 years humans thought and thought that men are superior to women. Some lost souls still do. It was not until Jesus gave humans a whole new and radically different concept called equality. For a “random pondering” this is a great question. Basically, there is no reason why women can not achieve equal recognition in the spiritual realm. Both go to the same place, both come from the dust, and to dust both return. I’m going out on a limb here and at risk of alarming Christian legalists, but who is to say that now or in the near future we won’t have a female prophetess. We might. But they still will not be Jesus (God in the flesh). A female prophet of God is absolutely possible. Here’s my thinking on the matter: When you think about it, spiritually speaking there is no difference between being male or female. We all have the same trials and temptations, so it doesn’t spiritually matter if a prophet is male or female. Just keep in mind, God chooses the prophet. Not other humans.

According to the Vedic literatures, Jesus , Muhammed, and Buddha are all avataras or incarnations of Lord Visnu , and Lord Vishnu is an expanded incarnation from Lord Krishna, the Supreme Lord. Lord Murugan is a demigod, who is also a humble servant of Krishna. Essentially, all the incarnations of the Lord, or His demigod servants exist to bring peace. When we are in sync with the Lord's will, then we can have peace. According to the Bhagavad Gita, as long as we think that we are the seperate and ultimate enjoyer of the Lord's creation, the controller, and the owner, of His creation, or the best friend of all, then we are still envious of the Lord, and we can NEVER have any peace. It is only when we can become free from all material desires, replaced with spiritual desire that the soul can be peaceful. Killing cows is also a sure way to perpetuate wars and abortions for all the horrendous karma this brings upon this planet.
Coffee is a harmful stimulant. It is credit card energy at best, sucking energy from the kidneys and adrenal glands at best. Driniking cofee is an obstacle to self-realization. It causes kidney stones, arthrhitis , and rheumatism. Its a big scam. Better a cup of herbal chai, without black tea leaves, utilizing cinamon, cloves , nutmeg, black pepper, peppermint, and some organic milk , offered as prasadam. I think your point is that we should try to see the commen denominator in all the great spiritual traditions of the world. I totally agree with you. There is only one God, and the goal of religion is to follow God's will, and not manufacture our own way, and try to disguise it as God's will

I think that it would be a pretty sweet meeting because Jesus would be mad that he couldn't fit into the booth because Buddha took up 2 seats and then went into meditation and Jesus has to lay on a cross while Muhammad and Lord Murugan went 15 rounds in the ring.
