Water Menu For Weight Loss
Many of us know that keeping our bodies well hydrated is essential for good health and for weight loss. Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water every day is recommended and yet many people find this difficult to do.
If you are one of the many people who find it difficult to drink water, here is a program easily followed to ensure you are well hydrated every single day.
When you wake up you will often be thirsty because your body loses water while you are sleeping through breathing and perspiration. Drink a large glass of water with a slice of lemon for zing.
Drink another glass of water with breakfast or a cup of herbal tea before setting off the day.
Mid morning - snack on a piece of juicy fruit such as orange, rockmelon, watermelon, cantaloupe, honey dew. Have a glass of water and perhaps try a dash of herbal aloe juice which is wonderfully soothing to the digestive system.
Lunch - think of soup or have a glass of water before your meal, or perhaps a herbal tea.
Mid afternoon - While you are preparing your evening meal, drink a glass of water and snack on some crunchy fresh vegetables.
Evening - Sip a glass of water before your meal with a dash of your favourite fruit juice for flavour.
After dinner - before bedtime drink your final glass of water and sleep well!
Now here's the really exciting part - you may notice a reduction in inches and centimetres, as you body's water store become redundant and so decrease. You may need to 'spend a penny' more but the results will be worth it.

Hi Nicole, Yes it can indeed. As human beings, we are made uyp of ~70% water, as well as our muscle tissue mainly consisting of water (~70%). Hydration is a massive factor in maintaining a healthy and lean physique. If you find you lack concentration throughout the day, feel fatigued, forgetful, hungry most of the day, these can be signs of dehydration. Not enough water can cause water retention so your body holds onto water to try and keep hydrated, however this water is toxic and needs replacing with clean, fresh water. Maintaining hydration will cause this old, toxic water to be flushed out and in fact, you will lose some water weight by doing this because you remove the toxic water. Best thing you can do, drink plenty of water, exercise and eat well. To understand how much you need to drink each day, try multiplying your weight by 0.033 and you will get a rough idea of the amount of water you need in litres each day to stay hydrated.

Most people don't drink enough water. Most people are also carrying around a few more pounds than they would be if they did drink enough water. There are many forms of metabolism going on in your body right now, but the one everyone is talking about it the metabolism of fat.the liver's duties is to pick up the slack for the kidneys, which need plenty of water to work properly. If the kidneys are water-deprived, the liver has to do their work along with its own, lowering its total productivity. It then can't metabolize fat as quickly or efficiently as it could when the kidneys were pulling their own weight. If you allow this to happen, not only are you being unfair to your liver, but you're also setting yourself up to store fat.One recent finding, as irresponsible as it may be, that caffeine increases the body's fat-burning potential has many people loading up on coffee before going to the gym. This finding may hold some degree of truth in it, but caffeine is, in essence, a diuretic, and diuretics dehydrate. Caffeine may increase the heart rate, causing a few more calories to be burned, but this is at the expense of the muscles, which need water to function properly.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Honestly I lost a lot of weight before and during the summer(gained it back, but that's only cuz I got lazy) Anyways I drank lots and lots and LOTS of water at that time. I was constantly going to the bathroom but that's another story. So yeah I think it helps you satisfy your stomach for a little and clean out your system.

It is much better to eat water than to drink it like eating pears, oranges, grapes, and grapefruits. Even cucumbers are 96% water. Eating water is much more filling than drinking water.
Learn the science of how to nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad fats, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event. Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age).

Water is good for you becasue at helps you flush out your digestive tract and it fills your stomack without providing it with any nutrients and especially sugars that turn into fat. Your body consits of 70% water. So, your body needs it and it takes only as much as it needs without turning it into fat. But don't drink anything elso though. Just stick with water while dieting.

Yes it does. Water helps flush your system of any toxins or anything that is released into the blood stream. Drink lots of it.
