They have synagogues and Rabbis. I think the Rabbi reads from the Torah. They haven't rebuilt their temple nor do they have sacrifice but they are desiring to do so. As Bible prophesy dictates, they are planning to rebuild their temple and offer sacrifice again replete with High Priests and the like. The whole Christian world is watching what they do and every political move involving Israel. I find it interesting that they are going back to their old ways in this modern day and that it is a fulfilment of prophesy unfolding before our eyes; a sign that the coming of the Lord is truly at hand although the anti-Christ will stand in the temple declaring himself to be God. I think that it is more the act of offering sacrifice for sin when Jesus Christ is that sacrifice and Jesus Christ is the only High Priest.
You will find this link very informative about all things Jewish, including current worship as well as the progress they are making along the lines of being prepared for the moment they can rebuild. It could go up overnight almost like a pre-fab modular structure does. http://www.templeinstitute.org/red_heifer/levitical_priests.htm

First of all, it isn't called a church. It is called a synagogue or temple (depending on different factors). If you are really curious, perhaps you should stop by one and quietly observe the services.

First of all it's called Temple or Synagogue. Church is Christian. The format is somewhat similar, they sing, read scripture and have teaching and prayers.
