Perfect. Praise God. Thank you Lord Jesus.
I've been a pastor for 25 years and a pastor to pastors for 8. The moment I stop doubting myself, then I'm not aware of my need to rely on the strength of Jesus. If I know what I am doing, then what is Jesus doing?
Doubts if you are worthy -absolutely. Doubts if you are called - probably if you are human and honest. Self doubts - just rest w/ the Lord my brother.

This briefness of this question makes me want to careful in answering. It is imperative not to be judgmental. But the flock does need proper guidance. The shepherd needs to know right from wrong, left from right, north from south.
If you are a new minister it may be you are feeling the pangs of a new job. That is proper. Being a pastor is an extremely demanding job. I would stress there are many people to help you in a church. Do not try to do everything yourself--that is an easy worry to develop. Also, do not think you have to have massive numbers in attendance, converting. You can plant seeds. They will sprout, but you likely will not see all of even possibly most of them. Giving a sermon every week is a challenge, but it gets EASIER. There are so many good tools out there. If I picked one it would be "The Study Bible," which has excellent chapter summaries and cross references to give a sermon breadth.
The items above may be what is causing your doubt, and in my opinion should not let you lose the faith. On the other hand, if you have doubts about your religious beliefs, if you cannot feel secure and comfortable as a church's leader, then after prayer, I would consider serving God, or for that matter man, in a different capacity. The blind cannot lead the blind. The sheep need faith and assurance, and not doubt.
Prayerfully hope this is of some help.

Just think of it this way..... God called you for a reason and that reason is to save souls. The Devil is a liar he's trying to deprive you of the blessings that await you. God is love and love has no fear and this could be the first test from the Lord and if I were you I'd try to pass it with flying colours. Every creature is perfect and wonderfully made by God. You have no reason to fear anything, God will be with you and the Holy Spirit will speak thru you when you minister. Just have faith and do God proud. I know you can do it, I mean that's why he called you because he knew you will make him proud.

It is Human to doubt one's ability or disability, but your Faith should dictate that no matter your actions they are taken with the intent to do God's will, and therefore it is, be it through spoken words, writings or physical labor. Read the poem Footprints In the Sand too. It is a good reminder.

If you are truly "called", are you doubting yourself or are you doubting God? There is only one answer to this question, by the way.
Look to the Bible for confirmation. Whenever God called someone to a specific task, He always equipped them to accomplish it. Just look at how many times throughout the Bible God said to someone, "Do not be afraid."
Even Moses voiced doubts. God replied to Moses the same way I believe He would reply to anyone He has called to do His work, "Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say." -Exodus 4:12
God knows all our fears and doubts. Take these to him in prayer. If He has called you to ministry, trust Him to equip you.

don't trust in yourself, trust in God. I may not be a pastor, but I know this:
if God has placed you in this ministry, you have no reason to be doubtful. Come trials and tribulation, have faith. All things work for your betterment. The righteous shall live by faith.
....truly touching...

self doubt makes a humble man. you will always wonder if what you are teaching people will help them on their spiritual path. when you begin to think that you have all of the answers is when you should worry. all you can do is show them the road. it must be their choice to walk it.

It happens. What you should doubt is not yourself -- you exist, and have some sense. What you need to doubt is your beliefs: what do you think you know, and why do you think that you know it. These are questions of philosophy, or epistemology. Please read the reference, and consider how it may apply to you. It does not require any particular set of theological beliefs to be helpful as a counselor.
