Well sweetie first off you need to stop him from touching you and holding your hand because he's leading you on and using you. It doesn't matter what his friends say, he's not willing to commit, and the number one rule with girls: NEVER ASK A GUY OUT. It makes you seem desperate. That's just the kind of world we live in. If he likes you, let him ask you out. Why even want to change the mind of someone who is telling you they don't want to be with you? He's not ready for a girlfriend yet, if you're ready for a boyfriend. Dig around in another yard, nothing is going to come out of waiting for him. Just worry about you right now, date around, and if he comes around and you still feel the same way, you'll be open and you can be wtih him. Until then play the yard. Good luck sweetie!

Well it seems as if he made a decision and you will stand a better chance by waiting and seeing if he ever finds time for you. GEE a whole week---that's something....you cannot ever make someone do anything---but try silly stuff to force an issue will definitely ruin any chance---a mature guy would see it as a silly immature girl just being pesty. Smarten up---act nice, talk nice, look nice and see if he recognizes you as an interesting young lady to date. Do the right thing, have fun and good luck

Give it time, let him think about you he just mughthave alot goig onright now in a week or 2 call and say lets meet for a couple hours, dont pressure him into stuff but let him no your interested
