Hello I am about 32 weeks and having very uncomfortable pain in my back. This is my second child. Could this be small contractions or just regular pain. PLEASE HELP???

If they are coming regularly....like they can be timed and it's pretty much the same time between each, then yes it's probably labor. If they come here and there and stop when you walk around and become active, then they're probably Brazton-Hicks. Time them and you'll have your answer.

You would probably know better than me what contractions feel like- I am 36 weeks with my first- but I bet that your pain is just a regular growing pain. Maybe your baby is "dropping" or "engaging" although I think you are at least a couple weeks early for that- usually happens 2 to 4 weeks before birth or up to 6 weeks for a first. My baby has dropped and ever since I have had pressure/ pains on my backside. I take a tylenol if it gets too bad. Good luck!

im 32 wks today too i have lower back pains too..its normal i guess cause this is my second pregnancy and every pregnancy is different or u should go to the doctor and ask just in case sometimes i feel like i have labor pains and its just the body getting ready for our day!

My labor started in my back with both my girls. I would suggest you might better be getting ready for your baby to be born. Congrats. By the way, both my girls were 3 weeks early.

You should call your obgyn because you could be having back labor.
