My fingers are getting a couple places where its completely red and swollen. Its really itchy and i don't know why its here. i know for sure it isnt a bug bite though. What is it and how do i make it go away?

Something is probably irritating the skin and causing an allergic reaction. This often happens in winter when the skin gets dry. Soaps, detergents, and even scratches can cause a reaction once things get irritated.
Try an antihistamine when things get out of control and prevent the irritation from developing by keep the skin moist with moisturizers that do not contain alcohol. Some people even wear cotton gloves at night with lanolin or other moisturizer in the gloves.

Try an antihistimine like Benadryl if just started suddenly and you think it may be an allergy to something.
