V = hB = lA
S=144m^2
144=(4*6)*(I)
I=144/24
I=6 M

Let the base side be b. Then the area is 2b*2 + 6(4)b = 144. Simplify and collect to get b*2 + 12b -72 = 0, and solve by the usual quadratic formula.
