To make a long story ... a short story:

My sister has a boyfriend that my mom doesn't approve of for various reasons (he's ungrateful as my mother spent roughly $400 or more on him to come overstate and she bought him food, t-shirts and let me stay at our house for free. Paid for overstate bus fair, and etc.. BUT NO THANKFUL at all! He comes overstate and he doesn't have pajamas, soap, extra clothes, etc.., and much more) . My sister still loves him and even wants to marry him ( because they like the same things, can talk over the phone for hours, and he can "understand her") . My mom doesn't not approve of the marriage. In fact , she thinks her boyfriend is changing her attitude and blinding her from real love.

1) What is real love?
2)What should my sister do about her boyfriend? Love or just be friends?
3) Other suggestions are welcome too!

Thanks!

I don't know if anyone can say what real love is, but I can see plainly that this "ain't." Your mother is right. Your sister would be making a huge mistake in marrying someone who can't say thank you and doesn't have the courtesy to visit without having to scrounge. However, if your sister is old enough to get married, there's nothing you or your mother can do except make your feelings known, and resolve not to let this creep scrounge off your household anymore. If she's not old enough, put him out of the house before she ends up pregnant with this loser's baby.
