I could not *believe* it when i first saw it!! But it's true! My little sister cut my hair when i was sleeping! She even admitted to it! She's only 4, but so what? She must be punished!! I had really nice long hair(past my butt), until my stupid little sister CUT IT! It's just past my shoulders now - and uneven. My mum says i'll have to have it cut at the hairdressers. But i don't want short hair! And you know what? My sister didn't even get punished! My mum just told her not to do it again. Maybe now my mum will let me get a lock on my door! Is this unfair or what?!

P.S. Sorry for all the exclamation marks, but i'm very upset!

Well i *was* furious, and i still am! I know i'm a teenager and i'm supposed to be "mature", but it's hard when you have an annoying little sister who seems to spoil everything you do. It'll take years to grow back... I asked my mum about the lock. She said yes. At least i know it won't happen again... And it's not funny!

I realize she is only 4, but it's best that she learn this lesson now or else she'll keep whacking off everyone's hair in the house.

When you go get your hair fixed, take little sis with you for a haircut as well. Preferably when the shop is empty or near empty as I'm sure there will be a lot of screaming and crying on her part. She should get a cut at least as short as yours is now or will be when the stylist fixes it.

Then make her apologize when her cut is finished and threaten that she'll be brought back to go even shorter if she does that to you again! I guarantee it won't, though!

As a mother of four boys, I feel for you. Even though they are older now, they have pulled the hair cutting thing on each other. When one of them did it years ago, we had to shave it. But first, we shaved a strip down the middle (like a reverse mohawk) and made him wear it that way for 24 hours. He never touched clippers or scissors again. Anyway, I know this hard to believe, but 20 years from now, this will be a great thing to throw in your sister's face for a GREAT LAUGH.
Hair extensions work great. You can buy them very reasonably now and put them in yourself. I have some and they look great.
You will be surprised what the salon will be able to do for you too. They can even dye the extensions to match your exact color. Tell your mom she owes you this. Ha! Ha!

I hope I made you feel a little better.

GOOD LUCK!!

It is unfair, but that's part of life.. You could use extentions until your hair grows back. And I really don't think after the dust settles that you want your sister punished, she's 4 and one day this will be something you will look back on and laugh. I would push for the lock on my door (just in case).

NO its not fair. Your sister could just do it again.Your hair will grow back and its not that short it could be a lot shorter!! Convince your mom to get a lock put on your door. The next thing you know your sister ill be cutting up your clothes or your homework.

Yes, it's unfair. Your sister should not have had access to scissors. However, even if your mother punished her, she wouldn't know what she was being punished for - at 4, she doesn't understand. You have to catch her in the act to punish her effectively.

Just remember...hair grows!

Calm down....
Get it done at the hair-dressers. Maybe as a compromise for the indignity your mom will let you get some fancy highlights put in as well.
You might even like it after awhile.
If not, don't stress it. It will grow back.

Holy crap!! I would go ballistic if someone cut my hair, but like you said she is only four. Don't worry dear, it will grow back.

I hope you donated your hair to Locks of Love :)

Very unfair. I would be immature, and cut her hair almost right off when she was sleeping, and make it so she needs a BUZZ cut! Muhahahaha!

That's hilarious! lol Sorry...

How far up did she cut it? You may not have to cut it even shorter, but the hairdresser can probably even it out. I'm guessing, anyways, seeing how I shave my head regularly. lol
