Is there like any foods or something that will help my breast to be smaller?

No. Only diet and exercise will work. If you are overweight, your breasts are the first place you will start to lose weight. If you are not overweight, the only thing that can help you is surgery.

Why in the world would you want to do that? Okay seriously I know there are health risks. Are you overweight? If so a diet will help boobs are the first to go........I know from experience. Working out will make them firmer but not lose any weight in them. As far as foods I dont believe there is any. I know a lady at work on a diet and she has lost over 60 lbs. and her husband is like stop your losing to much up top haha. But those are the only things I can think of hope this helps or someone else has some proven action to take. Peace out..............

Be grateful if you are do so.. i know it looks kinda funny.. Last time i also happen in same way with u.. but now i feel kinda regret.. cause all my body parts are big unless my breast..

You may try swimming and upperchest workout.. it'll also make ur breast looks tighten. Dun try to diet too much, cause in ordinary diet (without upper body exercise) it may make ur breast become smaller, but also it looks flabby like granny breast..

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Nope, surgery is really the only way to go. Tried dieting and working out with no success. (**Note, some women DO lose a tiny amount in the bust when working out, but not all women do**)

If you are overweight and lose a LOT of weight, they will shrink.

Other than that, nope.

It's fat, so unless you are lactating, simply diet and exercise and healthy eating habbits, no soda or sugar, get plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and do upper torso aeorobics, maybe even weight lifting, but the main thing is lose general body weight, but don't go anorexic, if they really bother you then consult a physician, but are you sure it's a problem?

Generally...loosing overall body weight will sometimes decrease the size of the breasts. Who's complaining?

Nope it is all in natures hands...

If you are over weight in other areas however, if you lose total body mass your breasts may reduce as well.

Talk to your doctor about this.

i've always been told you cannot lose fat in a specific part of your body on purpose; the fat comes off of whichever part your body naturally loses it first. i think the only thing you could do is diet or get a breast reduction.

I've heard women claim that yoga works. I believe Courtney Thorne Smith went that route.
