The meat was cooked before it went in the lasagna, right? It usually is. If so, no problem. Nothing else would cause problems.

Uncooked pasta can swell in the stomach and cause you problems if you ate a whole bunch of it, but a few bites won't be a problem. If it was all cooked before going in the oven, then being cold won't be an issue.

If everything was fully cooked before you put it in the oven it should not make you ill. Only if the meat was undercooked.

As long as the meat was cooked properly before you put it in the over it will not make you sick.

Since nothing was raw, the only way it would make you sick would be if the meat was bad. What you ate was cooked, so it shouldn't have made you sick, even if it didn't taste as good as it should have.

If the meat was undercooked it's possible it could make you sick. Was it ground beef, like hamburger meat? There is a possibility the meat made you ill.
