there are a few products that are powdery like baby powder that are supposed to absorb oil in your hair. i saw them tested on my local news. it worked for the woman, but in moderation. if you have dark hair, then it is difficult to get to not show, since it is white powder. the product was pretty similar to baby powder in consistency, but i would look into such a product--- im sorry, but i can't remember the name...

I use baby powder also to extend the life of a blowout if I need to. There's also colored hair powders that you can get to keep from getting the white look.
Rene Furterer also makes a dry shampoo that I have started using that works well, it's in a spray form so it's easier to use. It's $23 for 3 ounces at Sephora

I use a dry shampoo, looks like baby powder, by Bumble and Bumble, and it works great, comes in the color of your hair. I have really curly hair and can only wash it every few days so this helps refresh it. Its awesome. Another thing you can do for your bangs if they get extra greasy is wash them with hand soap in the morning, like after you get out of the shower. My friend had oily hair and did this and it worked for her, hope that helped

yea baby powder works i prefer using a blush brush and some loose transluscent powder....i also like using the shimmering powder cuz its got the powder that rids the oil and u have shinny sparkling hair it looks so cute and ur hair just glows which helps it look better than a matted version just using powder........if u use powder apply at the roots just make sure u dont have a big white spot....for shimmering powder sprinkle it on parting ur hair making sure it gets ur scalp then kinda shake ur head so it spreads all over ur hair .....it also looks wicked for going out at night!

If your hair is clean when you go to school, then it will just get sweaty, not really "oily" from PE, when you shower, get your bangs wet, kind of rinse them a little, it will refresh them , and with a little practice, you will be able to freshen up your hairstyle very quickly.
I blow out my bangs with the hand dryer and a round brush

You can buy dry shampoo from a beauty salon. Like Sally's if you know what that is. It's a spray like hair spray but stylists use it for like fashion shows when the models hair gets greasy, it is really cheap and it works.

The baby powder will work.
You can also look in your local yellow pages for medical supply place. They will have specific product to "shampoo" hair without water.

That "spray" shampoo (called PSST!) works extremely well!!!
I get lazy sometimes and spray it all over my hair and you can't even tell that I haven't showered for a while!
Sally Beauty Supply, Sephora, and any beauty supply store should have it. It's very inexpensive. A wonderful investment.

I like your sisters idea. try dusting them with a lil light powder. Dry them with towel realy good first. That might help absorb some of the oil

baby shampoo works well, because keeps your hair un-oily for longer
