Brush teeth at least 3 times a day. Floss everyday. Use a good mouth wash. See your dentist every 6 mos. for cleaning and if you eat candy. Avoid the hard sugar candy. Because it sticks to your teeth and that causes tooth decay......

Brush a lot... floss a lot, have your dentist put a sealer on your teeth. See your dentist as often as possible and take his advice. Take care of your teeth and gums and you may not be eating dinner through a straw when you get older.

Brush and floss regularily. Flossing is extremely important. Use a toothpaste with fluoride and a mouthwash with fluoride. Avoid sticky sweets. Do not eat or drink anything but water after brushing and flossing at night before bed.

Brush your teeth at least twice a day. Floss daily. Chew sugarless gum if you can't brush after every meal. Also, Crest spin brush works really well. Also, make sure you occasionally drink tap water. Tap water has fluoride in it, but bottled water doesn't. There are also mouth washes that have fluoride in them as well.

Good dental hygiene with regular brushing and flossing. Avoid eating too much food rich in sugar. Consume dairy products, they help to make teeth stronger.

You got some excellent advice here...I would only add....do not use toothpaste with flouride. Did you know it is a toxic substance and will actually eat the enamel off your teeth!

Brushing and flossing. However if you have grooves in your teeth that can't be reached by brushing then there's nothing you can do.
