Once the eggs been cracked and in a midium hot pan, 30 seconds, wiggle the pan to keep the egg loose in the pan.
It's called a 30/10, all in the motion of the arm and wrist, slide the egg forward and jerk back with a smooth catch, count 10 repeat flip, plate. ORDER UP!

When you break the egg, break it so that there is a larger half. So, you can just pull off the smaller shell. Break it on the edge of a bowl or the edge of your counter, not the edge of your pan. Then when the smaller shell is gone, quickly dump the entire egg into the pan SUPER close to the pan. This should prevent the shell from cutting into the yolk. Let this part cook the longest. Once you flip, it should only need 60 seconds to finish up. Doing these things should also prevent the shell from winding up in the egg

When you crack the egg, just tap it as lightly as possible on the top, turn the egg toward you as you open it and hold it down as close to the pan as possible so it slides gently and doesn't have too far to fall. Then, as it cooks, slide the spatula gently under the white part when it has solidified. Jiggle the spatula back and forth a bit against the bottom of the pan, under the egg white, to prepare for the hardest part - flipping the egg. It has to be totally cooked on the bottom and unstuck before you can flip it over. It doesn't take long after you flip it over for the egg to be done. If it's overcooked, the yolk won't be all nice and runny.

Break the egg into a non-stick pan coated with cooking spray. lett it cook on med low until bottom looks done. Add a tiny bit of water (like less than a teaspoon) place the cover on tightly and let the egg "steam baste" for however long you like the yolk cooked (1-3 min)

You can put a little bit of water in the pan with them and put on a lid. Then the top seals while the bottem is cooking, it makes them easier to turn over without breaking the yolk.

Hey there. Im not a chef but I love to cook and I got this tip from a friend.
Use a little oil or butter whatever your prefference is. Then when its cook on a medium heat I pour a little bit of water into the skillit and put a paper plate or something else over the pan like a glass lid if you have one. And it cooks its quicker without cooking the yoke through. Also you can trying poaching em. Ive started poaching mine lately.

Fresh eggs, low heat, only unstick them once, wait for a few bubbles under the yolk (like the white does from the grease) before flipping.

Use lots of nonstick spray or butter, and main thing is to use two spatulas to flip it - one on top, the other on the bottom. This keeps the yolk together better. Wait until the white is completely white, not opaque, otherwise the yolk will not stay together.

When you break the egg, place it as close to the oil as you can. make sure that there is enough oil in the pan so that when you tilt it it will puddle at the bottom. Using a spatula, splash the oil lightly over the top of the egg until it is done. Voila, egg over easy...

on a non stick pan , just like a pancake , put a lil bit of oil in the pan let it get lil bit hot then add the egg salt to liking , let it cook for a few seconds and then just turn it over let it sit for a few seconds and is done , serve it and enjoy ;) .
