I'm still not 100% sure on what to claim on my taxes. Right now it would be a lot eaiser for me to get more in my bi-weekly checks rather than a lump sum at the end of the year...In this case, what should I claim that they take less taxes out of each check? I don't have any children but I do live on my own/and have a full time job. What is the difference in claiming 0 and 1?

The actual difference in each paycheck depends upon your income level. For most people who only have one job, claiming 0 results in a pretty large refund. Claiming 1 cuts that about in half. Claiming 2 brings you down to nearly 0 refund. You might get a few $$ or pay a few -- probably less than $50 either way.
