if you have to question the salon, then no. typically, it is the stylist that you should be concerned with.

Playing around with hair color is a serious thing. Once you change the color and you dont like it, it is hard to change back. I would suggest going to a wig store first, try on different color wigs to see what color suits you best. Have a friend take a picture of the color then go to a regular salon and have the color matched.

Come in and see how you feel. If you have to question it really, trust your gut. You can find a better salon. I actually like going to salons that are less-known, like Asian salons. In my opinion, they have better knowledge of styling and work very meticulously and pay attention to detail better.

ok ive only been to one jcpenny salon and i dooo doo NOT trust them first time i went i was like 7 and the lady poked me in the eye with scissors......then i went to get it styled for prom and they did the worst job i had to go back home take a shower and wear it down.....then i went again to cut my hair and they almost gave me a mulett.....but depends on the hairdresser i guess not much the salon

jcpenny is typically a wonderful salon and there stylist get lots of extra training classes

i trust the salon
not the hairstylist whom is nervous about doing the client hair
but i don't do JC peneny salons
I go to - SALONSOFMILKANDHONEY.com look it up you'll be surprised thats if u live in the Katy , TX area

yeah i started there with my hair
it was very good
but then i went somewhere else and it was better but MUCH more expensive
it'll look good i'm sure
just don't trust them with waxing, i've heard (and seen) horror stories

i would trust them more so than one that doesnt have such a big name and money with it (their employee s are much more likly to have better training anyway )
